We are one of Australia’s leading commercial property fund managers

With more than 20 years experience, APIL has built a strong track record of managing our clients’ wealth and delivering returns through our expertise in commercial property. Our journey has accumulated a wealth of knowledge about the Australian property market which has been used to fine tune our investment strategies.

One of the things we are proud of is our investor loyalty. Many investors participate in multiple funds – a testament to their satisfaction with our services. We value these long term relationships and work hard to maintain them through open and transparent communication.

Since 2001 we have created 29 commercial, retail and industrial property trusts with a combined total value of more than $1 billion. The current combined value of APIL’s commercial property trusts is more than $757m,* as at 30 June 2024. Our investment approach is disciplined and rigorous with a focus on providing regular income distributions and the potential for capital growth.

How are we different

We are selective We do not make acquisitions purely for the sake of growing the portfolio. We review many investment opportunities but only select those that meet our investment criteria.
We are performance based Our acquisition and management fee structures are very competitive. Our success fees are totally dependent on the performance of the investment.
We are forward thinking We look for changes in market trends early enabling us to identify potential acquisitions. We also monitor factors that may impact the value of the existing portfolio.
We are investor focused We make investment and management decisions based on providing our investors with the best possible outcome. A focus on income and capital growth is paramount. We communicate regularly with our investors.
