The fund consists of a property in Henderson, Western Australia, two properties in Queensland with one located in Darra and the other in Crestmead. Another two properties are located in South Australia, one situated in Gillman and the other in Regency Park. The fund most recently acquired a property in Campbellfield, Victoria. Each property is located in industrial precincts and has access to major traffic routes.

Henderson, WA
150 Quill Way is a large-scale industrial complex used by Matrix Composites and Engineering for its manufacturing and operational requirements. The property is located in the Australian Marine Complex precinct and within Precinct 2 which is a designated engineering and fabrication precinct. Properties of this scale are rare within the Australian Marine Complex and this property benefits from its location. Cockburn Road and Rockingham Road provide excellent regional accessibility.
Regency Park, SA
The Taminga Street property is positioned within the strategic employment zone of the inner Northern suburb of Regency Park. The property consists of a large freestanding office/warehouse together with a second detached warehouse which has been divided into two premises. 20-22 Ainslie Road was purchased in July 2021 and was the sixth acquisition for the fund. The property is located on the Eastern side of Ainslie Road and within the established inner industrial location of Campbellfield. This property is approximately 18 kilometres North of Melbourne’s CBD.
